I have been wearing glasses for the last 20 years and I have been to many optical stores before but when I was recommended to visit Crystalline Eyewear I was a little worried at first. Sure enough when I arrived and spoke with the optician they were very confident in providing the best service and pricing. I had purchased more than I expected because of the pricing and service. They managed to deliver what they proposed and that is very important to a customer. They have a great size store (layout and look wise) and a great selection of frames and sunglasses. After visiting several eyewear stores in the area we came across Crystalline Eyewear. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and professional, we felt no pressure to buy and they didn’t follow us around the store. When we had questions, they were very helpful and assisted us to chose the frames. We have young children, when the Optician tested/examined their eyes they were very accommodating, the kids actually had fun. We eventually purchased glasses for the entire family, the turnaround time to pick up was quick as we needed to take them on our trip. I would certainly recommend to all that want a great experience, the costs are very competitive.
